Permanent cookies are not deleted after closing the browser like session cookies, but remain stored on the hard disk for some time as described below for each cookie. There are first and third party cookies. First party cookies are stored by the website you are on, while third party cookies are used to enable third parties to show you advertisements that match your interests or gather information about your behavior as described in the purpose of each cookie below.

Different cookies serve different purposes, their common goal is to improve the experience of the user on the website and display information of interest to the user.

7. How we use cookies

First-party cookie

Yokoy sets a session cookie to enable user authentication on the app (via SAML or OpenID Connect, as requested by the customer). As a session cookie, the cookie is deleted when the app is terminated. The cookies listed below are third party cookies set by our partners when using the website.

7.1.1 Who sets the cookie?

Information generated by the Google cookie is transmitted to a Google server and stored.

The cookies generated by Google are permanent cookies. The storage period of Google Analytics cookies can be viewed in the cookie manager and ranges from one minute to 720 days. We have added the code “anonymizeIP” to Google Analytics on the website. This guarantees anonymisation of the data.

7.1.3 Purpose of the cookie


We use Google Analytics to evaluate website activities in an anonymized way. Furthermore, advertising measures are also evaluated via Google Analytics. If you do not want this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager.

Google Remarketing is used to compile groups and lists of users and website visitors according to criteria by means of anonymised ID identifiers, which are assigned by cookies. These are shown information and advertising for our services based on their preferences.

7.3 Google Ads, Conversion Tracking and Google Marketing Platform

Session cookies and permanent cookies. The storage period of permanent cookies lasts from 0-365 days.

7.4.3 Purpose of the cookie
On our website, we use Hotjar to better understand the needs of our users and to optimize the offer and experience on the website. Hotjar’s technology gives us a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and dislike, etc.) and helps us to tailor our offering to our users’ feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about our users’ behavior and their devices.

7.6.2 What kind of cookie?
Cybot A/S uses both session cookies and permanent cookies. The Consent information is stored as a permanent cookie for one year if it doesn’t get deactivated by another cookie choice done over the Cookiebot feature of our website.

On our website, we use the LinkedIn pixel of the social network LinkedIn. This is an offer from LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Session cookies and permanent cookies. The permanent cookies are stored for up to 180 days.

7.7.3 Purpose of the cookie
